Rodgers is a growing company that currently has 13 branches throughout the Western United States specializing in insulation and specialty construction. Primary Responsibilities include: • Developing clientele • Creating estimates and bid proposals for projects • Reading and interpreting bid proposals for projects • Managing multiple jobs Skills Required: • Must have estimating experience • Excellent communication skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word Education Required: • AA degree a plus.
