Livermore, Calif. – September 11, 2007 – The heavy equipment has arrived and is moving dirt to make room for F. Rodgers’ new Corporate Headquarters. The 30,000 square foot office building, complete with an executive suite, two conference rooms, and a training room, will be a dramatic face lift for the corner of Greenville Rd. and National Dr in Livermore. Thanks to Ware Malcolm of San Ramon, this luxurious building will not only house all the corporate employees, but will serve as the training hub for the entire company. With this new addition, F. Rodgers will have room to grow as they continue to add branches and disciplines to their corporate structure and territory coverage throughout the West.
Michael O’Malley from E.W. Thorpe, Inc. is managing the project along with Tom Wagner from Harvest Properties. With this team of contractors and developers, F. Rodgers plans to move into their new building June of 2008.
This is a BIG accomplishment for F. Rodgers Corporation, started in 1986 by Frank Rodgers, local resident and graduate of Liberty High in Brentwood, Ca. Over the past 20 years Frank Rodgers and the company have been working hard to make his vision, of being a leading specialty contractor of the Western United States, a reality. With 4,000 active projects throughout the West, close to 2,000 employees, and their first international branch opening in Alberta, Canada, this vision has become a reality.
