ICE Training Classes Begin at F. Rodgers Corporation

LIVERMORE, CA, February 4, 2009

F. Rodgers Corporation introduced their "Increasing Contracting Excellence" (ICE) Training course to the first class of attendees on February 4th, 2009. The course contains two modules: Project Management and Financial Success.

The Project Management module is designed to identify and address issues Project Managers, Estimators, and Superintendents encounter daily on the job. It also covers all aspects of the company so that attendees have a good understanding of company processes, from management to collections. The module pushes employees to think outside the box and work as a team to find solutions.

"Five minds are better than one," states Art Gardner, President and Instructor of the Project Management Module, in every one of his classes.

The Financial Success module is taught by Chief Financial Officer, Matt Warner, and is designed to give all attendees a strong foundation in financials. Employees who are aware of how their actions affect the bottom line are more responsible when making decisions and more likely to make the right decision. This module also gives employees a snap shot of the big picture, addressing any misconceptions of the company’s finances.

Through ICE Training, employees become a more well-rounded leader, have the tools to make the right decisions, and the knowledge to advance their careers within the company. F. Rodgers plans to have all their office employees attend the training, along with a refresher course that will be introduced in the new calendar year.
