RENO, NV — September 22, 2009
F. Rodgers Corporation held its Annual Sales Meeting in Reno, NV on September 22, 2009. With over 100 Project Managers and Estimators in attendance, the meeting was a great success. PMs and Estimators were first addressed by Frank Rodgers, CEO, who talked about the direction of the company. He focused on the company’s values, goals, and getting back to the basics for the new fiscal year.
The attendees also heard from Art Gardner (President), Mick McGuire (Chief Operating Officer), and Matt Warner (Chief Financial Officer), along with several other speakers. The meeting was designed to motivate their employees while preparing them for the year ahead. With such a strong team in place, F. Rodgers is confident that the year to come will be a successful one.
After an intense and interactive meeting, everyone was able to enjoy a cocktail hour and dinner before hearing from the final speaker of the day, Mark Breslin, Alpha Dogs Leading Yourself and Others. Mark spoke about the union construction industry and why companies are successful. He focused on what’s going to make F. Rodgers stand out in the year to come and how every person in the room has an effect on their success.
The following morning, September 23rd, each division had the opportunity to meet separately. From there everyone was shuttled to F. Rodgers’ 100,000 square foot Distribution Center. Everyone appreciated the opportunity to see the Center and its impressive capabilities.
